I had to stop by your garage several weeks ago unexpectedly because my hood popped up and wouldn't close. Jeff in your repair area was kind enough to take time to look at it and it was a simple fix for him. (2 minutes)? ha ha. for me it would have been forever. Dear Jim Sherry
I would like to take a moment to let you we purchased a new Chrysler Seabring at your dealership on January 15, 2011 and we appreciated all the help that was given to us. The salesman's name was Lee Jury and he is to be commended on all of the help he gave to my husband and me. He went out of his way to see that we got the best treatment possible. Even when I had a problem with my seatbelt, he came down and took my car back to the shop for me to be fixed, so I wouldn't have to come back the next day driving in all that snow we were getting. I have NEVER been treated this good with any other dealership, plus he even washed my new car the day I purchased it. He is an asset to your company, and we will continue to do ALL of our business with you from now on. I have told many people how we were treated, and hopefully will bring new business to your dealership. Your sales manager Lynn was also a big help to us, and worked with along with Lee to seal the deal. Times are hard now, and we were able to come to an agreement on the deal.

I would like to take this opportunity to tank Nick Ruiz and all of the fine people at Paul Sherry Chrysler-Dodge here in Piqua. I was involved in a serious car accident tow weeks ago. In a matter of a few seconds, my car was totaled and I was immobile on a crash board, on the way to a hospital in Indiana, miles away from home. It was with the professional sale and customer service and the caring personnel at Paul Sherry Chrysler-Dodge that I was able to replace my totaled vehicle with a reliable, safe car with many new safety features and overall quality that surpasses any experience that i have has in many years. I would like to take the time to thank salesman Lee Jury, I came in last June to look at a few cars. He was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed to make my mind up. I have never been treated this good with any other dealerships. I had a few problems with the car I purchased and him as well as the rest of the employees made sure it got corrected right. While me and my mother waited on my car to be finished, he checked on us through out the whole waiting time and kept us updated on what they were doing. I have told many people about him, and hopefully it brings more service to you.
